About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Business Excellence to lead strategic process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified professional with strong Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience and a proven track record of delivering measurable business improvements.

This role is based onsite in Ortigas and follows a night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Business Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage high-impact projects focused on quality, productivity, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational performance and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
• Coach and mentor Green Belts and process improvement teams.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support organizational transformation initiatives and change management efforts.
• Ensure best practices are embedded across business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is required.
• Extensive experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
• Strong background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas on a night shift schedule.
