Solutions Architect (Generalist)

About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect (Generalist) who can design, recommend, and deliver integrated enterprise IT solutions that align with our clients' business goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise who can translate business requirements into effective technology solutions while providing technical leadership throughout project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise IT solutions based on client requirements.
• Analyze clients' existing IT infrastructure and recommend appropriate technologies.
• Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, and bills of materials (BOM).
• Serve as the Technical Lead during project implementation until project turnover.
• Collaborate with the Sales team during client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
• Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and technology partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing client environments through additional technology solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales, or a similar role.
• Strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure, including:
• Servers
• Storage
• Virtualization
• Networking
• Cybersecurity
• Cloud Computing (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Backup and Disaster Recovery
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Fortinet, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Experience preparing technical proposals and conducting client presentations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and project implementations when necessary.
