Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with strong experience in Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and GitOps to manage and optimize our container platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate will support cloud-native applications, automate deployments, and ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift environments.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications.
• Manage deployments using Helm Charts, Kustomize, and ArgoCD.
• Implement and maintain GitOps deployment strategies.
• Troubleshoot platform, application, and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Maintain deployment automation, monitoring, and documentation.

Qualifications

Non-Negotiable:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Strong understanding of containers, orchestration, and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and Git.
• Proficiency in Helm, Kustomize, and ArgoCD.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, RHCSA, or RHCE.
