Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, aligning them with OutSystems development practices and capabilities.
Process Mapping and Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and ensure that OutSystems development supports these optimizations. Create clear process maps and documentation for development teams.
Solution Design: Collaborate with OutSystems developers, architects, and project managers to create solutions that align with both business objectives and OutSystems best practices.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main liaison between business units and development teams, ensuring consistent communication and a clear understanding of requirements and project milestones.
Requirements Management: Lead the creation, prioritization, and management of requirements backlogs, translating complex business needs into actionable tasks for OutSystems development.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications, ensuring accuracy and relevance for all project stakeholders.

Experience: 2+ years as a Business Analyst.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience translating complex business needs into structured requirements.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments, with skills in backlog management and sprint planning.
Certification: Scrum Master Certification and familiarity with OutSystems development are preferred.
