KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct regular client visits to collect information on customers’ communication project construction requirements, plans and budgets.
• Maintain customer relationships and keep regular communication with key department contacts of clients.
• Develop tailored solutions based on client demands. Coordinate with the internal procurement and project delivery teams to calculate internal costs, work out reasonable pricing and submit quotations to clients accordingly.
• Upon receipt of tender documents from clients, organize the internal bidding team, assign bidding tasks and track progress to ensure smooth bidding procedures.
• Gather commercial information from clients, submit internal reports and facilitate management’s decision-making on our commercial proposals.
• Analyze local telecom market trends based on Philippine clients’ annual investment plans, and provide sound recommendations to company management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Over 8 years of working experience in the telecommunications industry;
• Possess more than 5 years of experience in sales, pre-sales and bidding;
• Proficient in communication products and technologies including optical cables, transmission networks and communication equipment rooms;
• Excellent communication skills and team management capabilities.
