SUMEC Energy (PH) We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to oversee site security, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and coordination with government agencies.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage all site security operations and personnel

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans

Ensure compliance with PNP regulations, RA 11917, and LGU requirements

Conduct risk assessments, security inspections, and incident investigations

Coordinate with PNP, LGUs, and other government agencies on security matters

Supervise outsourced security providers and emergency response activities

Promote a safe and secure working environment for all employees and visitors

Requirements:

Experience as a Security Manager or Security Supervisor in industrial facilities, power plants,

renewable energy projects, or large-scale infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of RA 11917 (Private Security Services Industry Act) and PNP security

regulations

Experience in security operations, access control, emergency response, and risk

management

LESP certification is preferred; Fire Safety or other security-related certifications are an

advantage

Strong leadership, organizational, and crisis management skills

Basic English communication skills for coordination with PNP, LGUs, and project

stakeholders
