Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry (non-negotiable).
• Proven experience in handling SaaS products, platforms, or solutions in areas such as sales, customer success, account management, or operations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription lifecycle, and customer retention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
• Proficient in CRM tools, reporting platforms, and standard productivity software.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support SaaS-related operations, ensuring smooth delivery of products or services to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
• Monitor customer usage, engagement, and subscription performance to identify opportunities for upselling or improvement.
• Provide product guidance, onboarding support, and issue resolution to clients as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Technical Support) to enhance customer experience.
• Track and report key performance metrics, including customer retention, churn rate, and revenue growth.
• Identify process improvements and recommend strategies to optimize SaaS operations and service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies within the SaaS space.
• Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, reports, and system updates.
