Job Overview

We are looking for a Security Managed Services Practitioner to support and manage security operations across client environments. This role focuses on SIEM platform operations, incident response, and security monitoring to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze security events, and provide solutions to strengthen overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor SIEM platforms and security tools
• Analyze security events, logs, and incidents
• Lead or support incident response and threat analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve security operations
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Support team decisions and contribute to key security initiatives
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Implement best practices for security operations

Qualifications

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in SIEM Platform Operations

Strong knowledge of security protocols, monitoring, and compliance standards

Experience in incident response and threat analysis

Ability to analyze logs and generate insights

Alternative Qualification

Candidates with less than 3 years of SIEM experience must have at least 1 year of leadership experience
