Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree in any course.
• With valid security officer license.
• Physically & mentally fit.
• Knowledgeable in security risk & assessment, security survey, security investigation.
• With at least 1 year experienced in security related field.
• Knows how to drive 4 wheels and motorcycle.

Job Description:

• Supervise and monitor the performance of security guards across assigned locations.
• Coordinate deployment schedules, relievers, and manpower movement.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company and client security protocols.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding operational concerns.
• Investigate incidents and submit timely reports.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and briefing of security personnel.
• Prepare and submit operational and incident reports regularly.
