Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Asset Protection Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company assets, employees, and customers. This role requires vigilance, professionalism, and a proactive approach to risk management and loss prevention.


  • Monitor and safeguard company property, inventory, and personnel against theft, damage, or misconduct.
  • Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential risks or security breaches.
  • Implement and enforce security and safety policies in accordance with company standards.
  • Investigate incidents of theft, loss, accidents, or security violations, and prepare accurate reports.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining asset protection strategies and procedures.
  • Provide support during audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats and promote a safe environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience in asset protection, security, or lost prevention officer is preferred.
  • Licensed Investigator
  • Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
