KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.

• Control Access to buildings, facilities, or gated areas by verifying identification and screening visitors.

• Respond to Alarms or Emergencies, including incidents, accidents, or suspicious activity.

• Conduct Routine Inspections of property, equipment, and surroundings.

• Write Incident Reports and daily activity logs in a clear and timely manner.

• Maintain Order in the assigned area and de-escalate disturbances when necessary.

• Coordinate with Law Enforcement or Emergency Services when appropriate.

• Secure Entrances, Exits, and Restricted Areas especially during non-operating hours.

• Assist Employees, Clients, and Visitors in navigating premises safely and efficiently.

• Operate Surveillance Equipment (CCTV, radios, etc.) as part of monitoring.
