• Patrol assigned areas of the hotel, including lobbies, guest floors, parking areas, and service corridors, to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
• Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV systems) and report any suspicious activities or security breaches promptly.
• Control access points and verify the identity of guests, visitors, and contractors in accordance with hotel security protocols.
• Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and minor concerns while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, medical incidents, fire emergencies, and other urgent situations in coordination with hotel management and emergency services.
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures, including safety regulations and guest conduct standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of safety equipment such as fire exits, extinguishers, and alarm systems to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Escort guests or staff when necessary to ensure their safety, especially during late hours.
• Handle lost and found items in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Prepare accurate and detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed during the shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college level or vocational training in security or a related field is an advantage.
• With valid security license/certification (as required by local regulations).
• Prior experience in security, preferably in a hotel, hospitality, or customer service setting, is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to التعامل professionally with guests, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency or high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures, fire prevention, and emergency response protocols.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Honest, trustworthy, and with a high sense of integrity and responsibility.
• Basic knowledge of report writing and incident documentation.
• First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage.
