Security Guard - No Experience Required

We are looking for reliable and disciplined Security Personnel to help maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company property. This role involves monitoring premises, conducting patrols, and responding to security-related incidents with professionalism and alertness.

Relocation assistance is provided for successful candidates assigned to Palawan.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry
• Conduct regular patrols to identify and prevent security risks
• Enforce company rules, safety regulations, and security procedures
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security equipment
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, or security breaches
• Prepare daily logs and incident reports
• Coordinate with local authorities or emergency responders when necessary
• Assist employees and visitors with security-related concerns

Qualifications / Requirements

• Can speak Ilocano
• No educational requirement
• Minimum height requirement: 5’4”
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods
• Willing to be trained
• Good communication and observation skills
• Able to remain alert, professional, and courteous at all times
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required
• Must be amenable to relocation in Palawan
