Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s schedule, appointments, and meetings

• Handle all tasks assigned by the Managing Director

• Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence

• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and monitor action items

• Screen calls, emails, and other communications

• Treat all confidential data with strict discretion and security

• Perform all tasks with a sense of urgency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field

• Previous experience in an executive support or administrative role is an advantage

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

• Highly dependable, proactive, and trustworthy

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
