  • Collaborate with Japanese executives to plan and execute strategic priorities, manage governance, and establish/operate executive work rhythms (meetings, operational design).
  • Lead company-wide programs (corporate transformation, organizational integration, change initiatives).
  • Plan and execute multinational Japanese related executive events (from planning and stakeholder coordination to day-of operations).
  • Prepare materials for Japanese executives based on business/operations data (briefings, presentations, decision memos, reports).
  • Handle external relations as needed (negotiations, coordination with relevant institutions).
  • Identify issues in business processes and plan/implement improvement measures (efficiency, visualization, strengthening collaboration).

Requirements

  • Who can speak, read, and write Japanese at least at business level.
  • Open to JLPT N1 and N2 passer or non-passers.
  • Has experience as Admin Assistant or Executive Secretary is preferred.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Experience in internal communications/public relations.
  • Experience building external partnerships with government agencies/NGOs and promoting multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Experience planning and managing executive meetings, board meetings, or regional conferences.
  • Willing to work directly for the President of the company.
  • Can work in Makati City.
