Location: Valenzuela City & Calamba Laguna

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting an office environment? We’re looking for a dynamic Office Secretary to join our team in Valenzuela City & Calamba Laguna!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office operations and ensure efficient office workflow
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Assist with general administrative tasks, filing, and documentation
• Provide support to other departments as needed
• Prepare and process reports, memos, and other necessary paperwork

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• At least 1 year of experience in a related role (preferred)
• Must be residing in or near Valenzuela City & Calamba Laguna
