Job Description
- Manage complex calendars, appointments and schedules.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, business trips, and engagements.
- Draft, proofread, and manage executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a llaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Monitor and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project progress.
- Graduate of any business communication, or related course.
- Experience in a senior executive assistant role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities.
