Description

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
  • Support the planning and organization of school events and activities.
  • Help maintain student records and ensure compliance with data management protocols.
  • Participate in meetings and take notes to help document discussions and decisions.
  • Assist in the development of educational materials and resources for staff and students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to address student needs and support initiatives.
  • Conduct research on best practices in school administration and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Assist in the implementation of school policies and procedures.

Requirement

  • Current student or recent graduate in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for education and commitment to supporting student success.
