A Scaffolder is responsible for assembling, installing, and dismantling temporary scaffold structures used by construction workers to safely access high or difficult areas. They ensure all scaffolding is stable, secure, and compliant with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems at construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints or scaffold plans
• Ensure scaffolding is level, stable, and properly secured
• Inspect scaffolding regularly for safety and structural integrity
• Follow safety regulations and use proper protective equipment (PPE)
• Coordinate with construction workers and supervisors
• Transport and organize scaffolding materials and tools
• Report hazards, damages, or unsafe conditions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in scaffolding or construction
• Knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and procedures
• Physical strength and stamina
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Relevant certifications (if required in your country)
