Job Description:

A Scaffolder is responsible for assembling, installing, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures at construction sites in Japan. The role ensures that all scaffolding is safe, stable, and compliant with Japanese safety standards to support construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems safely
• Inspect scaffolding components to ensure structural stability and safety
• Follow site-specific rules, Japanese construction standards, and safety regulations
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, harnesses, and safety belts
• Coordinate with supervisors and other construction workers on site
• Perform routine safety checks before and after use
• Assist with general construction tasks as required
