Job Description
- Construct and dismantle scaffolding structures
- Ensure safety regulations and standards are met
- Collaborate with construction teams to assess project needs
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on scaffolding
- Work at heights and handle heavy materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant scaffolding experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in planning and forecasting, costing, surveying, and structural design.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure safe scaffolding setups, adhere to contract specifications, and collaborate with construction teams.
- Working Conditions: Often outdoors on construction sites, may involve working at heights.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong observation skills, effective presentation abilities, and attention to detail.
