We are looking for SAP ABAP Senior Associates to join our client's team and support SAP implementation, enhancement, and migration projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing ABAP solutions on SAP S/4HANA, preparing technical specifications, and ensuring the successful testing and deployment of solutions. You will collaborate with functional and technical teams, resolve complex issues, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions while mentoring junior team members and maintaining development standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ABAP solutions for SAP implementation, support, enhancement, and migration projects.
• Design, build, and optimize custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows within SAP.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications and documentation based on business requirements.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure solution quality, performance, and reliability.
• Support SAP S/4HANA development, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Analyze complex technical issues and provide timely resolution and support.
• Support integration and interface development between SAP and third-party applications.
• Mentor junior team members and promote ABAP development best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and delivery expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• At least 2 years of experience in OData development using SAP Gateway.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA development and implementation projects.
• Experience in SAP UI5/Fiori application development.
• Knowledge of SAP Financials, SAP Logistics, and/or SAP HR modules.
• Experience with SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO/HCI development and integration technologies.
• Understanding of web development frameworks and modern SAP application development practices.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
