Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Configure FI modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Configure CO modules including:
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Profitability Analysis (COPA)
• Work with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.
• Ensure integration of SAP FICO with other modules such as:
• Materials Management (MM)
• Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Human Resources (HR)
• Perform functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and system validation.
• Maintain documentation for configurations and business processes.
• Provide support for incidents, enhancements, and optimization.
• Guide key users on SAP financial best practices.
• Ensure stability and continuous improvement of the financial system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and solution proposals.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to end users and junior consultants.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business or related field.
• Typically 7+ years of SAP FICO experience.
• Experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA and Public Cloud environments.
• SAP FICO configuration
• SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Integration with SAP modules
• Financial reporting and cost accounting
• Month-end closing processes

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certification (FICO or S/4HANA)
• Experience with SAP Fiori
• Consulting and stakeholder management skills.
