Job Title: Salesforce & Mobile QA Tester

Location: Taguig City

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Shift: EMEA / Mid-shift

Salary: PHP 50,000 – 65,000

Experience Required: 3+ years


Job Description

We are hiring a Salesforce & Mobile QA Tester to ensure high-quality releases for iOS/Android mobile apps and Salesforce platforms. The role involves manual testing, regression testing, and defect management while collaborating with development and business teams. You will also contribute to continuous improvement and support the transition to automated testing.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing of iOS & Android apps
  • Test Salesforce Web & backend applications
  • Execute functional, integration, and regression testing
  • Validate end-to-end business processes
  • Develop and maintain test cases and documentation
  • Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and re-test
  • Support manual-to-automation testing transition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet QA standards


Requirements:

  • 3+ years mobile app testing (iOS & Android)
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud testing
  • Hands-on Salesforce Web & backend QA
  • Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification
  • Strong manual testing & QA methodology knowledge
  • Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
