Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis and create dashboards to support the sales team in making informed business decisions.
• Ensure timely publishing and delivery of sales reports, including:
• Sales data analysis
• Monthly sales meetings
• Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) achievement reports
• Assist in the Performance Management Program for affiliates by generating and analyzing relevant reports.
• Support the optimization of field force structure and deployment based on territory potential.
• Assist in reviewing and designing performance management processes and tools to identify performance gaps.
• Collaborate with the Training Manager to propose training programs for the field force to enhance skills and capabilities.
• Monitor key SFE KPIs and review the territory budget as needed.
• Design and oversee Sales Quota, Incentive, Reward, and KPI frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Sales, Marketing, IT, Business, Business Information Systems).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related industries.
• Experience in sales or analytical roles involving data management, analysis, and interpretation.
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems, data quality control, and advanced proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies (segmentation, targeting, deployment, forecasting).
• Knowledge of SFE market practices, data analytics tools, and emerging digital platforms.
• Awareness of local healthcare market trends and basic medical affairs practices.
