• Provide Day-to-day Salesforce support
• Take charge of any technical problems relating to Salesforce – individual troubleshooting, contacting relevant support persons/teams, etc.
• Communicate with business progress on incidents
• Salesforce administration duties
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components etc. to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
• Code merging using GitHub and experience with CI/CD.
• Specific Salesforce skills required are - Apex and LWC (Lightning Web Components)
• Salesforce integration/API work experience

Non-negotiable skills:

• 3 or more years of Development work exp.
• Salesforce integration/API work exp.

Job Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, a professional qualification, or equivalent experience
• with 3 or more years of Development work exp. (preferably 5 years or more)

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Javascript Developer
