Description
- Develop and implement training programs for sales team members.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Assess training needs through surveys and interviews with team members.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust accordingly.
- Collaborate with management to align training objectives with company goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in sales training or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities and a passion for developing others.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to create engaging training materials and learning environments.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional travel for training sessions
