We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to develop the skills of our travel sales team. The Sales Trainer will design and deliver training programs focused on travel products, sales techniques, customer service, and booking systems to help improve team performance and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales training programs for travel consultants and sales agents.
• Train staff on travel products, tour packages, airline bookings, and destination knowledge.
• Conduct training on sales techniques, upselling, and closing strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales agents after training.
• Create training materials, presentations, and product guides.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve individual sales performance.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Keep the team updated on new travel products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Conduct refresher training for existing staff and onboarding training for new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years experience in travel sales or travel industry training.
• Strong knowledge of travel products, airline booking systems, and tour packages.
• Proven experience in sales training, coaching, or team development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced travel agency environment.
