Job Responsibilities
Coaching & Development
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to improve sales performance.
- Identify skill gaps and create personalized development plans.
- Provide constructive feedback and monitor progress.
Training
- Deliver training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM tools.
- Develop and update training materials and resources.
Performance Monitoring
- Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales managers to implement performance improvement strategies.
Motivation & Support
- Inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
- Act as a resource for resolving challenges in the sales process.
