The Sales Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the sales skills of the team.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales staff
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback
- Develop training materials and resources
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
