Description

- Design and implement effective sales training programs.
- Conduct regular workshops and coaching sessions.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on automotive trends and products.
- Collaborate with management to align training with business goals.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales training or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, presentation skills, and knowledge of sales techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and deliver training programs, evaluate trainee performance, and assist in onboarding new sales staff.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional travel for training sessions.
- Qualities and Traits: Dynamic, patient, and adaptable, with a strong passion for mentoring and developing others.
