1. Build business relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services, thus, earning their trust and maintaining their loyalty
2. Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells
3. Meet and exceed sales quota
4. Develop new business accounts, maintain existing customers
5. Apply technology effectively to improve the customer experience
6. Participate in training and seek opportunities for improving operations
7. Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions
8. Attend sales training programs and submit required reports on time.
9. Coordinate with the assigned department on product inventory and availability
10. Handle customer products and services inquiries, issues, and solutions

1. Graduate of any 4-year course
2. With related work experience is an advantage but not required
3. Willing to undergo Sales Training
4. Driving – with driver’s license code B
