What You’ll Do

Drive Sales – Assist customers in choosing the right machine and printing solution based on their business needs and budget.

Handle Product Inquiries – Answer customer questions, provide product information, prepare quotations, and assist throughout the sales process.

Provide Technical Support – Guide customers on basic machine operation, setup, troubleshooting, and proper use of the machines sold. Coordinate with the Technical Team for concerns requiring further assistance.

Product Knowledge – Learn and confidently explain the features, specifications, applications, and benefits of our machines, tools, and printing supplies.

Customer Follow-Up – Maintain communication with prospects and customers, follow up on quotations, and assist with after-sales concerns.

Gather Customer Feedback – Share customer insights and technical concerns with the team to improve our products and services.

Support Marketing Activities – Assist in product demonstrations, launches, promos, orientations, and other marketing activities.

Stay Updated – Keep up with the latest printing technologies, machine trends, and industry developments.
