Position: Technical Sales Team Manager

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 50,000 gross

Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in Sales, preferably within a software, hosting, or IT services environment
• Strong technical knowledge of domain management, web hosting, and cPanel
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in performance analysis, root cause analysis, and action planning
• Ability to develop and implement structured 30-60-90 day performance plans

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Drive sales performance through KPI monitoring, data analysis, and strategic action plans
• Provide technical guidance to the team on web hosting, domain services, and related solutions
• Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and SMART coaching initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales processes and improve overall team productivity
