Sales Technician

Job Description
- Promote, market, and sell company products within assigned areas.
- Conduct site, farm visits and product demonstrations to clients.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations on product applications and installation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, client feedback, and market updates.
- Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams for scheduling, delivery, and service requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and product installation when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- With experience in same field at least one year
- Have many BLO farmers resources
- Has good relationship with dealers and farmers
- An Agronomist
