Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals for heavy equipment.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance to enhance performance and foster professional growth.
Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify trends, set sales targets, and adjust strategies as necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques among team members.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and potential areas for improvement to senior management.
Work closely with marketing, service, and logistics teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure seamless operations.
Accepts and performs such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of proven sales experience.
Previous experience managing a sales team, either as a sales supervisor or team lead.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing teams and liaising with clients.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and develop actionable insights to improve performance.
Capable of resolving conflicts, addressing performance issues, and identifying areas for improvement.
Managing team schedules, goals, and sales cycles effectively.
