Description

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals for heavy equipment.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance to enhance performance and foster professional growth.
  • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify trends, set sales targets, and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques among team members.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and potential areas for improvement to senior management.
  • Work closely with marketing, service, and logistics teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure seamless operations.
  • Accepts and performs such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.


Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Previous experience managing a sales team, either as a sales supervisor or team lead.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing teams and liaising with clients.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and develop actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Capable of resolving conflicts, addressing performance issues, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Managing team schedules, goals, and sales cycles effectively.
