Description

The Account Sales Specialist is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with assigned accounts to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves understanding client needs, offering solutions, and managing sales processes from inception to closure.


  1. Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts.
  2. Understand client needs and objectives; propose solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  4. Achieve sales targets and goals set for assigned accounts.
  5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  6. Develop sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
  7. Account Planning and Strategy.
  8. Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, product, and customer service) to address customer needs.

Requirement

  1. Proven experience in sales, account management, or relevant customer-facing roles.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
  4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  5. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  7. Experience with CRM software and sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
