Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Client Engagement:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Understand clients’ needs and propose suitable products or services.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Sales Process Management:

• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements for both the client and the company.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.

Customer Service:

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies and address client needs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
