Work Setup

Work From Home (WFH) | Minimal field work required during client meet up

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary: ₱18,000/month

Commission on top of basic salary

Full-Time Employment

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports
• Attend client meetings when necessary (minimal field work)
• Coordinate with the team for smooth client onboarding

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience (Real Estate, Car Sales, or Insurance is a big plus!)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Comfortable working independently in a WFH setup
• Proficient in basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, messaging apps)
• Must be based in the Philippines
