Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative to support our business growth in the Malaysia market.

This role focuses on prospecting and engaging potential clients across multiple channels, including phone, email, social platforms, canvassing, and networking, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in building the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new lead opportunities through cold calls, emails, canvassing, social media, and other relevant outreach methods in the Malaysia market
• Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build a strong lead pipeline
• Initiate conversations with prospects, understand and qualify their needs, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations
• Nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, follow-ups, and outcomes
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, lead generation, and qualified opportunities

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, recruitment consulting, or a related role
• Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation across multiple channels
• Strong communication skills with a confident and professional approach
• Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
