Sellectia helps companies hire skilled professionals internationally. We are looking for an articulate, personable and reliable professional based in the Philippines to represent us in client meetings and help move commercial opportunities forward.

Our team and systems generate and prioritise leads. Your role will focus on the human side: creating a strong first impression, understanding what clients need, explaining our service and maintaining thoughtful, proactive follow-up.

What you will do

• Lead scheduled B2B video meetings, present Sellectia and capture the client’s hiring requirements.
• Answer common questions and handle standard objections using the training and guidance provided.
• Make targeted outbound calls to prospects identified through our campaigns, including initial phone contact where needed.
• Follow up on quotations by phone and email, clarify next steps and keep opportunities moving towards a decision.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with our pricing and recruitment teams.

You will not need to build prospect lists or run outbound prospecting campaigns. Pricing, discounts and exceptional negotiations are handled by the relevant team.

What we are looking for

• Native-level English is essential. You must have excellent spoken English, clear pronunciation, strong diction and the ability to communicate naturally and confidently with UK and international business clients.
• You should be comfortable making phone calls, leading video meetings and listening carefully to clients.
• We value warmth, sound judgement, professional presentation and consistent follow-through.
• You should be proactive, willing to learn our service and able to follow a structured process without sounding scripted.
• A traditional sales background is not required. Relevant experience may include international customer service, customer retention, hospitality, guest relations, corporate reception, cabin crew, teaching, presenting, recruitment, BPO/customer support or other highly client-facing roles.

Conversational Spanish, approximately B2 level, is an advantage but not a requirement.

Professional presence and workspace

• You will represent Sellectia on camera. A polished professional appearance, appropriate business attire and an engaging communication style are important.
• You will need a reliable computer, stable internet connection, clear audio and video, good lighting and a quiet, private workspace with a tidy, professional background.

Working hours

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, primarily aligned with UK and European office hours.

Candidates must be comfortable working consistently during UK and European business hours from the Philippines.

Flexibility for occasional, pre-arranged meetings with clients in other time zones is required.
