Xi'an Kinetix Trading Co., Ltd. specializes in global trade of automotive parts, focusing on exporting auto parts to the Philippines and Southeast Asia. We are now hiring **10 Sales Representatives** locally in the Philippines to develop B2B clients including wholesalers, repair shops and retail stores. We offer full remote collaboration, flexible working arrangement and unlimited high commission.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop local automotive parts clients in the Philippines, expand channels including wholesalers, repair shops and auto parts stores.

2. Handle customer inquiries, quotations and negotiations online/offline; follow up orders and achieve sales targets.

3. Maintain existing customers to improve repurchase rate and satisfaction.

4. Collect local market and competitor information and report market updates.

5. Cooperate with China team on order, logistics and after-sales communication.

Job Requirements

1. Local candidates in the Philippines, fluent in English for business communication.

2. Experience in sales, foreign trade or auto parts industry is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.

3. Flexible working arrangement: work from home or field visit is acceptable.

4. Ability in client development and negotiation; goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.

5. Familiarity with Philippine auto parts market is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

1.Monthly basic allowance:

5.Commission will be settled promptly upon order confirmation & completion.
