Real Estate Sales Agent / Property Negotiator

Position: Real Estate Sales Agent / Real Estate Negotiator (REN)

Location: Penang, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Position

We are looking for motivated, responsible and sales-driven individuals to join our growing real estate team.

You will be responsible for sourcing property listings, matching properties with buyers and tenants, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals and providing professional service to clients throughout the transaction process.

Both experienced property negotiators and newcomers are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure new property listings for sale and rental
• Promote properties through online platforms and social media
• Identify and develop new buyer and tenant leads
• Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable recommendations
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Follow up with potential buyers, tenants and property owners
• Negotiate sale and rental terms between parties
• Assist clients throughout the transaction process
• Coordinate with lawyers, bankers, developers, landlords and other relevant parties
• Maintain good relationships with property owners and clients
• Keep updated on property market trends, pricing and new projects
• Achieve individual sales and business targets

Preferred Skills & Requirements

• Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated, independent and target-oriented
• Good negotiation and sales skills
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for property viewings
• Basic computer and social media skills
• Previous sales, property, banking, insurance or customer-service experience is an advantage
