Warm Leads Only | Day Shift (AU Hours) | $800 Base + Uncapped Commission

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $3,000–$5,000 USD/month

We're looking for an experienced and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team!

This is a day shift position aligned with Australian business hours, so you can work during the day and have your evenings free.

Schedule: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Sydney Time

Approximately 6:00 AM–4:00 PM Manila Time, depending on daylight saving adjustments.

About the Role

Snap Dental Labs is a fast-growing dental laboratory serving clinics across Australia.

Our marketing team generates a steady flow of warm and interested leads through advertising and email campaigns. Your job is to follow up with these prospects, build relationships, answer their questions, and convert qualified clinics into active accounts.

No cold scraping. No list building. You'll be working with prospects who have already shown interest in our services.

What You'll Do

Call and follow up with inbound and warm leads, including dentists and dental office managers.

Build relationships with prospective clients.

Introduce and explain our services.

Answer questions and confidently handle objections.

Follow up consistently with interested prospects.

Convert qualified prospects into active accounts.

Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Excellent spoken and written English.

Confidence communicating and selling over the phone.

At least 1 year of experience in sales, appointment setting, business development, or a similar role.

Experience working with US or Australian accounts is a plus.

Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

The ability to handle objections and close opportunities.

Strong organizational and CRM management skills.

A self-driven, reliable, and coachable attitude.

Dental or healthcare experience is a bonus, but not required.

Important Requirement

This is a full-time and exclusive position that requires your full focus and commitment. Applicants should not have other full-time jobs or ongoing freelance clients that may interfere with their availability and performance.

You must also have:

A reliable computer.

A quality headset suitable for phone calls.

A stable and reliable internet connection.

A backup internet connection is preferred.

Compensation

$800 USD/month base pay

Uncapped commission

Realistic OTE of $3,000–$5,000 USD per month

No cap on earning potential for strong performers.

Full commission structure will be discussed during the interview.

Payments are made twice per month via PayPal.
