Job Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships

-Be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining key clients in the Web3 industry,

including cryptocurrency exchanges, institutional investors, Web3 projects, KOLs, and

community leaders, and building long-term strategic relationships.

-Drive strategic partnerships with ecosystem partners such as exchanges, wallets, and market

makers to facilitate token listings, enhance liquidity, and execute joint marketing campaigns.

2. Industry Resource Integration & Project Execution

-Lead the commercial due diligence of cryptocurrency projects, including technical feasibility

assessments (such as smart contract audits), market and competitive analysis, and compliance risk evaluation.

-Integrate internal and external industry resources to support the successful execution and

implementation of partnership projects.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & High-Pressure Execution

-Act as a key cross-functional coordinator, working closely with Technical, Operations,

Compliance, and other teams to ensure partnership projects are executed efficiently and

effectively.

-Drive projects forward in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while ensuring

alignment among relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

1. 1–3 years of business development experience in the cryptocurrency industry. Candidates

with resources or connections in exchanges, market makers, or asset management institutions

are preferred.

2. Familiar with key sectors of the cryptocurrency industry, including DeFi, NFTs, Layer 2, and

major project ecosystems.

3. Strong English communication skills are preferred.

4. Demonstrated ability to develop clients and business opportunities from 0 to 1, with strong

negotiation skills and the ability to balance the interests of multiple stakeholders.
