We are looking for an experienced Bilingual B2B Appointment Setter and Cold Caller who can communicate professionally and confidently in both English and Spanish. You will focus on researching prospects, conducting outbound calls, qualifying potential clients, and booking discovery meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound cold calls in English and Spanish.
• Research target companies and potential clients.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect lists.
• Identify relevant decision-makers within prospective organizations.
• Introduce the company’s services clearly and professionally.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, interest, business fit, and decision-making authority.
• Schedule qualified meetings.
• Follow up with prospects who are interested but not yet ready.
• Record contact information, call notes, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM.
• Coordinate the handoff of qualified opportunities to the commercial team.
• Track calls, conversations, meetings booked, and conversion rates.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Able to conduct professional business conversations and cold calls in both languages.
• Experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development.
• Strong communication, research, prospecting, and objection-handling skills.
• Confident speaking with managers, executives, and other decision-makers.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and maintaining accurate records.
• Organized, persistent, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working toward call and appointment-setting targets.
