Finch Harbor places full-time Filipino professionals with American small businesses. We are hiring a full-time Outbound Sales Representative to call US small business owners and book them with our closer. You are not closing the deal.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Call US small business owners from lists we build and give you

- Qualify the owner and book the meeting onto our closer's calendar

- Log what happened in our CRM

- Work callbacks and the people who didn't pick up the first time

We sell one thing at one price: a full-time, vetted Filipino assistant placed with a US small business at $1,450/month, all-in. No setup fee, no tiers. Most people you call will not have heard of us, so you need to be able to say what Finch Harbor is in one sentence.

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 1 year of cold calling experience. Please don't apply without it.

- Spoken English an American customer can follow easily. The interview is a phone call, conducted entirely in English. An accent is fine.

- Full-time US Central DAY shift: 9 AM to 5 PM CT, Monday to Friday. That is 10 PM to 6 AM Philippine time. Confirm you can sustain a night schedule.

- Your own laptop, stable internet, and a quiet place to take calls

- Reliable attendance: at your desk and dialing through the shift

- Background check before you start

- Experience selling to US small business owners

WHAT WE OFFER

- $5.00/hr (about $867/month), full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM US Central

- $100 for every deal that closes from a meeting you booked. A deal closes when the client signs and pays.

- Our target is 2 closes a month, which brings total pay to about $1,067/month
