Job Summary

An In-House Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling a company’s products or services from within the office or business location rather than through field sales. The role involves handling customer inquiries, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through phone calls, emails, online platforms, or walk-in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote products or services
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and pending transactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Assist with after-sales support when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
