Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Sales Consultant to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity designed for individuals who are confident in selling high-value technology solutions and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

The role involves managing both inbound (warm leads) and outbound prospecting, with a strong focus on closing deals and generating revenue.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle inbound inquiries and warm leads, qualify and convert them into clients

● Conduct outbound calling and prospecting to generate new opportunities

● Deliver product demos and communicate value propositions clearly

● Understand client needs and position AI solutions accordingly

● Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage a structured sales pipeline

● Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and deal closure

● Achieve and exceed revenue targets

Compensation Structure

• Commission-Only (Initial Phase)
• High earning potential: $100,000 – $150,000+ per year (performance-based)

Additional Incentive (Post Performance Milestone)

After successfully closing your first 3 sales:

● You will be eligible for an hourly rate for handling inbound inquiries

● This is in addition to your commissions, creating a hybrid earning structure

● Ensures stability + scalability as you grow within the role

● Experience with CRM tools is a plus
