The Role

We are looking for a Payment Channel Manager based in Chile to lead the development and optimization of our payment network in the Chilean market.

You will work closely with banks, fintech companies, payment providers, and internal teams to ensure our merchants have stable and efficient payment channels.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage local payment partnerships in Chile

• Expand Starpago’s payment coverage and infrastructure

• Build relationships with banks, acquirers, PSPs, and fintech partners

• Monitor payment performance and approval rates

• Identify new payment methods and integration opportunities

• Support merchants operating in iGaming and digital entertainment

• Ensure compliance with local regulations

• Provide insights on market trends and payment innovations

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in payments, fintech, iGaming, or financial services

• Strong understanding of the Chilean payments ecosystem

• Experience working with payment providers, banks, or PSPs

• Fluent conversational English (mandatory)

• Strong negotiation and partnership management skills

• Ability to work independently in a high-growth environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with high-risk industries (iGaming, crypto, fintech)

• Knowledge of cross-border payments in LATAM

• Experience with payment orchestration or routing
